AW Collision Calabasas was the only silver lining from my car being hit then rental being hit and the disaster of dealing with others’ terrible insurance claiming liabilities.

Julia, who has dealt with my shenanigans for weeks, is seriously an angel. So sweet, efficient, and very generous with her time. I know my car isn’t the only car that has to be serviced for damage, but I felt like she and Joe were committed in providing me beyond excellent service as if I was the only customer.

Julia called me to update me at every step, stayed late to deal with my situations willingly, and even fought for me with the insurance as if she was my lawyer fighting for what is just for me. Not only that but she tried her hardest and effectively too to bring the best deals and outcomes for my sake. I felt like she was me or trying to be in my shoes. That defines an awesome customer service. The shop had nothing to gain for all these extra miles she went for. Car shops will get their money despite whose pocket it comes out of, but she and Joe both tried so hard to make sure it came out of the right pocket. I felt so lucky that I ended up getting AW collision’s service. Everything at the shop was so efficient time-wise as well.

How many car shops will fight with the insurance adjustor for the customer? It wasn’t even a big case that brought the shop big money AT ALL. If you don’t want a shop with mechanics who’ll just fix the car and be done, but instead, workers who make you feel like you can trust and depend on them to do and fight for what’s right, this is the place. I’m sure all workers here are very pleasant, but my experience with Julia and Joe were phenomenal.

Not to mention the car came back in flawless condition. They not only fixed the part that was hit, but they definitely touched up and cleaned up the entire car without asking for recognition. It is in a much better condition now than before the accident!!
