I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to write a review about this place!

I recently worked with AW Collision to fix my BMW before turning in my lease. My lease end was coming up, and when I was getting ready to turn it in, I didn’t realize how detailed the dealer’s lease end “check” would be. I was getting docked for every little scratch, ding, tire pressure, you name it! BMW of Monrovia handed me my bill and it was going to be a whopping amount! I cried a little, but wanted to shop around to see if I can get it fixed before turning it back in to BMW. Luckily, the dealer was kind enough to give me a copy of the repairs that needed to be done, so I can shop around if needed.

I got a quote from AW Collision, and was pleased to know that it was going to be relatively cheaper than the price I was going to be paying at BMW. I had an extreme deadline I had to meet in order to turn it into BMW without getting hit with a late fee, so I made it very apparent with this shop. They promised me that it would get done in time, and it did! The work was pristine! They even went above and beyond and fixed little details that wasn’t listed on the sheet! My tires and rims looked brand new (this was my biggest issue with the dealership).

Thank you to everyone who helped make my car look brand spanking new before turning it back into the dealer! And shoutout to Priscilla, the estimator, who helped make this a painless journey!
