Specifically, my BMW 335i M Sports was in collision and right fender had to be replaced. The insurance company inspector had the initial report to replace the fender with after market part and insisted that they would not pay for BMW OEM Fender. I called Peter Pan BMW which referred me to AW Collision and told me that they would not work with AW Collision in the Bay Area. It is a trust issue and quality of service is critical.

Quality of work and service is at highest level. In addition, front desk personnel provided highest level of professionalism.
