I was having a horrific experience with my own insurance company (GEICO), where they were trying to claim my car’s damage was my own doing (despite a police report, witnesses and the fact that I was out of town when someone sideswiped my car + 6 others on my street).

My car was towed from the Honda dealership (as my car is a lease) to this place and wow I could not have been more lucky.

Shawn called me one morning to tell me he thought Geico was about to screw me over as he saw it happen to a few other cars that were at his shop and boy was he right.

Geico put my car under special investigation (basically taking away my rental car and trying to prove that I did the damage to my car) and Shawn and the amazing people there let me store my car there while it was under investigation free of charge AND paid for a new rental car, after I had spent hundreds of dollars on Uber’s waiting for Geico to go through their fraudulent bullshit (pardon my language).

I seriously would’ve been completely screwed if not for Shawn, Kevin and the team here. They truly take care of you and have the customers best interests in mind. They are fair, kind, hardworking and even though it’s fairly far from where I live, I won’t hesitate to have my car brought back here (hopefully not due to any accident next time!)
