This is the only shop I trust for my Mercedes repairs. These guys are honest, customer centric, and incredibly responsive and transparent with questions and repairs. Kevin and Shawn went above and beyond when Geico refused to pay for necessary repairs when my Mercedes got rear ended. They helped me in every way possible, were available for every phone call and email. Furthermore, they acted with incredible integrity when the Geico insurance adjusters tried to deny charges for necessary repairs. I can’t thank this shop enough for getting my car back to me in perfect condition and working with VERY difficult and dishonest Geico adjusters so that my best interest and the safety of my vehicle was always first priority. Wish my own insurance company had a shred of the integrity and customer service these guys have!
