I was recently in an accident involving a motorcycle and there was minor damage to my car’s front driver side wheel well and fender/bumper. This shop is the only shop that concord Toyota recommends, so i took my brand new baby here to be repaired. Man am I glad I did too!!!

Kyle was absolutely stunning, with his impeccable customer service and he promised to take good care of my car! They were honest with their timeline, and i was told that i would most likely get my car back at the end of the following week, because my insurance rep still had to assess damage, they had to order parts, etc.

The woman that works the counter was amazing too, unfortunately I can’t remember her name!!! She was very sweet and on top of everything!

I was extremely surprised to find that my car was done 3 days before the deadline they had given me! And they washed it and cleaned out the inside! Not only that, they invited me back for another wash in another month or so!

You can’t beat the customer service this shop has. And the repairs look fabulous, you can’t even tell the accident happened!!!
