I had damage to my 15 BMW 328i and the dealership recommended this shop. My car is my baby. I wash it and detail it on a regular basis so I wanted the best of the best. Of course my insurance is going to recommend after market parts but I only wanted original.

Upon speaking with AW, Gaby in particular, she said they only used OEM BMW parts. SOLD!

Dropped my car off the day after an initial estimate. Communication with their staff including the receptionist, Priscilla and Sally was amazing. Even though I blew their phones up every 4-5 days asking for progress, they never made it seem like I was bugging.

I picked up my car today and couldn’t be more satisfied. My car is 3 years old and looks brand new. You can’t see any of the damage.

Id recommend this shop again to anyone.

I say this with the utmost respect, but I hope I don’t have to come here ever again, lol. But if I had to, AW Collision of Monrovia would be my first choice hands down.
