AW Collision of Serramonte does not disappoint! I am very impressed and grateful for the work that was done on my 2017 Acura TLX. I was rear-ended in the drivers side and rear bumper was completely smashed in. Miguel made me feel at ease as I used his shop for the first time. He answered all my questions in detail and was quick to respond to calls and text messages. Throughout the whole process, Miguel gave me numerous updates on my the progress of my car. He is a super hard worker and always wants to best prices for his customers. Not only was the customer service excellent, the repairs looked awesome after a wax and detail on my car.
