So I got a rear ended accident on my X4 Bmw asked the lawyer after this collision center was recommended to me, to drop the car there… so I never been in a such accident but it took me 3 months to get my car back, the shop probably worked for 2 months on it!
So I pick it up, 24 h hours after the car broke down on the highway on Christmas Eve so impossible to get an hold of them, and difficult to get anyone to tow the car…
When I looked up what they change on the car I figured that it was probably the gas sensor off and I just run out of gas even with the car was at 25 mi out …. I was right walking 30 min under the rain on the highway to bring some gas with me… it worked… now when I tried to fill up the tank it was impossible to let the gas flow into the tank and I had to stop every 5 sec and start again (it took me close to 10 min to put $30 worth of gas)
When I finally got them on the phone they told me to bring the car to BMW to figure it out…
how can they reject the fault on Bmw when they had the car for months!! Their answer should have been “we are very sorry bring us the car right away we will figure it out!”
Sooooo … that’s what I call customer service! They did everything possible to help me out, they came pick up the car, drove me to the rental center where they booked a car, send the car back to peter ban Bmw to get fixed (don’t go there!)
In the end autobahn went beyond my expectations!
