I brought my car into AW after getting rear ended. I had an amazing experience from drop off to pickup. They did a great job on my car and the customer service I received from Julia and the team were top-notch.
They did a great job and made my car look brand new. It is even better that they are a BMW certified repair shop so they only used OEM parts on my car.
Also, there were issues with the insurance company paying for the repairs. They were nickel and diming AW Collision for everything from the impact bar and even stuff like cutting holes (required for the parking sensors) in the bumper. They ended up eating the cost of the things the insurance wouldn’t pay instead of passing those costs on to me!
AW (Julia and Natalie to be specific) was constantly updating me via email or phone to let me know where the repairs were at and what was going on. It really saved the hassle of having to call in and figure out what’s going on, which has been my experience with other shops. I hope to not need collision repair again, but if I do it will definitely be with AW.
