After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off
Dropping off your vehicle after we’re closed? Follow these simple steps.
1. Park Your Vehicle
Park your vehicle in our designated customer parking area.
If our lot is full, you may park safely near the shop outside the lot.
2. Attach Information to Your Keys
Please attach a note to your vehicle keys with the following information:
Required Information
- Claim Number
- Contact Information (Name and phone number or email)
Optional Information
- Insurance Company
- Vehicle Make, Model, and Color
- Description of damage or repair concerns
- Any special instructions or notes
You may write this information on a piece of paper and securely attach it to your keys.
3. Drop Your Keys
Place your keys and attached information into our secure key drop mail slot located at the front of the shop.
4. Vehicle Intake
If your vehicle is parked outside the lot, our team will move it into the lot first thing the next business morning. Our staff will then review your information and begin the check-in process.
5. Follow-Up
A member of our team will contact you the next business day to confirm receipt of your vehicle and discuss the next steps for your repair.
Important Reminders
- Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle
- Make sure your vehicle is locked
- Keep a spare key if possible
